Your Questions, Answered
Do I need to move my furniture beforehand?
Yes. To allow for easy access and minimise the risk of accidental damaging it would be wise to clear a path around all items which require cleaning. Our hoses and cords will be present and have a tendency to loop around unsecured objects.
How often should I have my fabrics professionally cleaned?
Domestically, between 12 - 18 months, however it’s recommended more often if you have young children or pets.
Commercially, every 6 months. Typically with high patron turnover, and in most cases food and beverage the focus of your business, maintaining a hygienic and fresh venue is paramount to ensure customer comfort.
What about leather cleans?
Unfortunately, no. We’re currently only focusing on fabric for now, but who knows what the future holds.
What type of upholstery furniture do you clean?
Sofas, armchairs, ottomans, office chairs, bedheads, bedframes, covered stools and outdoor furniture. Not sure, send us an email!
Some stains like ink, shoe polish or paint can permanently alter the fabric however we can significantly reduce the stains. We’ll happily discuss each problem area and agree on reasonable expectations before proceeding.
Can we remove all stains?
We use low moisture techniques coupled with gentle drying fans to hasten dry time. Typically as early as a couple of hours but up to several hours in high humidity.
Will my upholstery be wet after cleaning?
Why don’t you have a price list for your service?
Great question. Each enquiry is different and needs to be adequately assessed. These factors include the number of items needing service, the fabric types, the degree of grim, what products are needed and effort required to achieve optimal results. Heavily soiled vs a simple spring refresh warrant very different approaches.
